Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Home Health experience preferred, including evaluations, development of home exercise programs, and discharge planning.
- Experience with adult and pediatric patient populations preferred.
- Ability to perform diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests and document objectively.
- Comfort providing patient and family education in the home setting.
- Clinical specialist certification preferred for candidates serving as a clinical resource.

- Standard Hours Per Week: 40.
- Candidate must be able to provide evaluations, develop measurable treatment goals, implement treatment programs, and document patient progress in the home setting.
- May provide guidance and direction to Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students.
