Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Experience providing home health physical therapy care for adult and pediatric patients.
- Experience evaluating patients, establishing measurable treatment goals, and documenting skilled treatment plans and progress notes.
- Ability to perform diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability testing.
- Competence in therapeutic modalities and re-evaluation of treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Experience supervising or providing guidance to PT Assistants, aides, or students preferred.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with interdisciplinary teams and patient/family education.
