Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the assignment start.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC prior to or at start of assignment.
- Experience in home health settings preferred, with ability to evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients in patient homes.
- Proficiency with documentation of objective measurable treatment goals, patient progress notes, and discharge planning using electronic health records preferred.
- Ability to perform diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests and to modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Clinical experience supervising or providing guidance to Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, or students preferred.
