Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active California SLP license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia management, standardized assessments, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with restorative programs and interdisciplinary care planning.
- Familiarity with goal-setting for skilled nursing populations and Medicare documentation requirements.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Guaranteed hours: 35 per week.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
