Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.
- Active California SLP state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dysphagia assessment and management, including FEES or modified barium swallow collaboration preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary team documentation preferred.
- Experience with restorative programs and treating geriatric populations preferred.

- Shift structure: Flex shifts; varies.
- May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
