Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. Acceptable from AHA or ARC.
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation required, including treating orthopedic and post-operative patients.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Ability to provide occasional Saturday coverage, typically up to 2 Saturdays during a 13-week assignment, required.
- State of Oregon background and health screening requirements must be met prior to start.

- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility with primarily outpatient rehab services.
- Shift name: Days.
- Shift hours: 07:30–18:00.
- Schedule notes: Occasional Saturday coverage, approximately 2 Saturdays over a 13-week assignment.
