Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oregon state license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation required; candidate must be comfortable with a caseload that is primarily outpatient with some inpatient coverage (approximately 20% inpatient).
- Experience with Epic electronic medical record preferred.
- Availability to provide occasional Saturday coverage as needed (typically 2 Saturdays within a 13-week contract) preferred.
- Prior experience working in skilled nursing, outpatient rehab, or similar post-acute settings preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility with primarily outpatient rehab responsibilities.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 07:30 to 18:00.
- Schedule pattern: Four 10-hour days per week.
- Occasional Saturday coverage required (typically two Saturdays during the assignment).
- Assignment emphasis: Primarily outpatient caseload with approximately 20% inpatient responsibilities.
