Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Current, active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. Acceptable courses: AHA or ARC.
- Experience with Epic electronic health record preferred.
- Experience providing inpatient physical therapy required. Occasional outpatient coverage experience is preferred.
- Ability to work a 4x10 day schedule and provide occasional Saturday inpatient coverage (approximately 2 weekends over a typical 13-week assignment) is required.

- Shift Details: Days 07:30–18:00 (4x10s schedule).
- Caseload: Primarily inpatient with some outpatient coverage.
- Weekend Requirement: Occasional Saturday inpatient coverage (typically 2 weekends during a 13-week assignment).

- Licensure: Current Oregon PT license required.
