Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Arizona PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
- Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and complete timely documentation including goal writing and letters of medical necessity.
- Familiarity with functional treatment program design and safe patient handling techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise or delegate discipline-specific therapy services and participate in student education is preferred.
- Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.

- Patient Population: Orthopedic outpatient caseload.
