Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Tucson, AZ. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Occupational Therapist to assist patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities in a hospital setting while experiencing a new locale.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred.
- Ability to perform patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document according to facility policy.
- Experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT students preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling and infection control procedures.

- Patient care duties include initial evaluation, treatment planning, interdisciplinary team participation, discharge planning, and documentation.
