Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
- For Medicare certified agencies: Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum approved by The American Physical Therapy Association, or The Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Active PT license in good standing with the State of Oregon.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
- Experience treating neurologically impaired patients.
- Experience in vestibular rehabilitation.
- Experience in cardiac rehabilitation.
- Experience treating chronic pain
