Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location in Pensacola, FL.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Florida Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience with documentation systems and completing patient evaluations and treatment plans required.
- Current clinical experience in geriatric or post-acute care preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with adaptive equipment, ADL retraining, and caregiver education preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
- Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
- Meal break: 30 minutes.
- Guaranteed hours: 30 per week.
- Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
