Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction, TMJ disorders, and general orthopedics required.
- Experience with pediatric orthopedic cases is required; caseload includes a mix of pediatric and adult patients.
- Outpatient clinic experience preferred.

- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Primary Specialty: Physical Therapist with emphasis on pelvic floor, TMJ, and general ortho; mixed pediatric ortho caseload.
