Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient experience preferred; experience with general orthopedics, post‑op, BPPV, pulmonary (PH), gait and balance patients is preferred.
- Productivity experience or ability to meet productivity expectations (approximately 60 visits/week; typically 12–14 patients/day) is required.
- Must not be a new graduate. First-time travelers are acceptable.
- Ability and willingness to float to other clinics within the region when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in outpatient clinic settings.
- Familiarity with double‑booking follow‑up visits and managing a high patient volume.
- Prior experience with regional clinic networks or multi‑site coverage.
Assignment Details
- Shift: Days.
- Guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
- OT hours must be approved by the clinic director before being worked.
- Float to other clinics within the region is required.
