Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Chelsea, MI. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a hospital setting. This role offers the opportunity to impact patient recovery while experiencing a new community.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Epic experience required (per order notes).
- Experience in acute care or hospital-based occupational therapy preferred.
- Availability to work rotating weekends (two weekend shifts per month required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience treating adult medical-surgical and post-acute populations preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 07:30–16:00.
- Rotating weekend requirement: two weekend shifts per month.
- Observed federal holidays include July 4th and Labor Day coverage expectations.
