Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals.
- Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
- Must submit screening questions and resume prior to consideration.
- Completion of three HealthStream modules required for all new travelers prior to assignment start. Agency will be reimbursed with a lump sum upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked.
Preferred Qualifications
- Productivity experience with 55–63 patients per week, with treatments typically scheduled two per hour and evaluations scheduled for one hour.
- Familiarity with outpatient scheduling models including 4x10, 5x8, or 4x9 plus additional hours on Friday.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:00–18:30.
- Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Schedule flexibility: clinic open hours indicate options for 4x10s, 5x8s, or 4x9 plus additional hours on Friday.
- Expected productivity: approximately 55–63 patients per week.
- EMR: Raintree.
- New hires required to complete healthstream modules prior to assignment; agency reimbursement follows proof of completion and one worked shift.
