Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals.
- Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
- Must submit screening questions and current resume prior to assignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scheduling productivity of approximately 55–63 patients per week with typical treatment cadence of 2 treatments per hour and 1-hour evaluations.
- Prior travel or temporary assignment experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Schedule flexibility includes options such as 4x10, 5x8, or 4x9 with additional hours on Friday.
- EMR: Raintree.
- Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Travelers must complete three HealthStream modules prior to assignment. Agency will be reimbursed with a lump sum upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked.
