Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
- Active Massachusetts PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings.
- New graduates not accepted. Candidates must have prior clinical experience.
- Completion of three HealthStream modules prior to the assignment is required. Agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked (reimbursement handled by the agency).
- Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift name: Days.
- Shift details: Monday–Friday, 0800–1630.
- Schedule expectations: Clinic may require availability for two evenings per week until 1900 and may be open to 4x10s.
- Productivity expectation: Approximately 55–63 patients per week.
- Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week.
- Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
- EMR: Raintree.
- Cancel notice: 30 days.
