Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
- No new graduates accepted. Travel clinicians must complete three HealthStream modules pre-assignment; agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Work Days: Monday through Friday.
- Schedule: Flexible to 5x8 or 4x10 formats; must be open to two evenings per week until 7:00 PM.
- EMR: Raintree.
- Productivity Expectation: 55–63 patients per week (approximate).
- Contract Duration: 13 to 26 weeks (flexible start date).
- Cancellation Notice: 30 days.
