Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy required. Clinical experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal/orthopedic patients is required.
- Demonstrated competency in completing comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, and documentation, including letters of medical necessity and charge entry.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and to supervise or delegate discipline-specific therapy services.
- Maintain professional licensure in good standing and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.
- Preferred: Experience working in outpatient clinic environments with student supervision responsibilities.
