Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Proven competence in gait training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL retraining in geriatric populations preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently, document per facility and state requirements, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.

- Shift Hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Work Days: Monday through Friday.
