Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs, transfers, gait training, and use of common SNF equipment such as Hoyer lifts preferred.
- Ability to provide care across all adult age groups and to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Work Schedule: Seven days per week coverage listed; typical assignment requires coverage across standard SNF business days.
