Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Experience managing caseloads in a SNF or LTC setting preferred, including restorative programs and fall prevention strategies.
- Ability to document thoroughly in electronic medical records and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Long-Term Care.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Schedule Pattern: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
- VMS Contract Weeks: 14-week assignment.
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Meal Break: 30 minutes.
- Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the region as operational needs dictate.
