Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
- Ability to work a 5x8 schedule and provide therapeutic services consistent with SNF standards.

- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
- Assignment Type: Long-term contract (14 weeks contract length indicated).
- Weekend coverage may be requested by the client; candidate should be open to working some weekends.
