Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic or outpatient general physical therapy experience preferred. (Preferred)
- Experience with evaluation, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional restoration preferred. (Preferred)
- Ability to complete timely, accurate documentation including evaluations, goals, progress notes, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
- No new graduates. Clinician must have prior clinical experience before start.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Assignment Duration: 13 Week engagement.
- Schedule: 5x8 (40 hours per week).
- Position Availability: 1 position available.
- Must adhere to clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance, and punctuality.
- May be required to supervise and provide learning experiences for students as assigned.
