Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active MA Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain state licensure prior to assignment start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum 3 months of outpatient (OP) physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings.
- Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
- Completion of required pre-assignment HealthStream modules is required. Agency will reimburse upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations of approximately 55–63 patients per week preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Outpatient clinic.

- Shift: Days. Schedule example: 0800–1630.
- Typical workweek: Monday through Friday.
- Schedule flexibility: Open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days. Must be open to two evenings per week (until 7:30 PM).

- Contract duration: Flexible; typical duration ranges from 13 to 26 weeks.
