Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings. New graduates are not accepted.
- Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
- Completion of 3 hours of HealthStream modules required prior to start. Agency will be reimbursed with a lump sum upon completion of modules and 8 hours worked. (Preferred: prior completion before start.)
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Work Days: Monday through Friday.
- Schedule expectations: May include 4x10s and must be open to 2 evenings per week (up to 8:00 PM).
- Typical productivity expectation: 55–63 patients per week.
- Contract Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
- Required: Must not be a new graduate.
