Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New York State PT license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Candidates open to relocation are acceptable.

Role Details:
- Facility type: Outpatient clinic in Armonk, NY.
- Shift: Days. Monday–Friday with flexible hours. Guaranteed 36–40 hours per week.
- Treatment model: 1:1 patient care, no double booking, two patients per hour model.
- Patient population: Primarily adults in their 40s–70s. Occasional youth athletes seen after school hours. Common diagnoses include back, neck, shoulder, knee, hip, and elbow conditions.
- Team: Collaborative, team-based environment. PTAs manage independent caseloads. Techs support with modalities and exercise assistance.
- Clinic size and staffing: Multi-location practice experiencing growth. Current clinic staffing levels reflect approximately 4 FTEs across sites, with floating coverage as needed.
