Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active New York State OT License required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience required. Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
- Experience with ADL retraining, therapeutic activity planning, and documentation in an electronic medical record preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and families.
