Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active New York state PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Must have prior US Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
- Ability to complete facility onboarding and background checks per facility requirements.
