Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with documentation systems used in post-acute care preferred.
- Ability to treat adults with complex medical and functional needs, including fall risk, wound considerations, and mobility deficits.
