Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience in home health settings preferred.
- Willingness to travel within assigned county territories including Fremont, Castro Valley, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, Union City, Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, and nearby areas as needed. This may include occasional travel outside the service area.
- May require weekend coverage; willingness to work weekends when needed preferred.
- Ability to manage caseload productivity expectations as defined by the client. (Preferred details provided by client and clarified during onboarding.)
