Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a home health setting in San Roman, CA.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home health experience preferred but not required.
- Ability and willingness to travel within assigned county territories, including Area #1 (Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City) and Area #2 (Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont).
- Willingness to provide weekend coverage when needed and to accept patient visits that may require travel outside the primary territory to meet productivity expectations.

- Assigned territories: Area #1 and Area #2 as listed in minimum requirements.
- Productivity expectation when guaranteed hours chosen: at least 27 points per week; 36-hour guarantee requires meeting the point requirement. Traveler must be willing to travel or work weekends if needed to meet weekly visit expectations.
- Guaranteed hours option or non-guaranteed hours option available. Guarantee does not apply during first and last week of assignment, weeks with holidays, or approved time off.
