Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Client requires experience treating geriatric populations and familiarity with post-acute care protocols preferred.
- Ability to complete documentation in electronic medical records systems. Experience with SNF-focused EMRs preferred.
