Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Experience working in outpatient settings, preferably sports medicine or orthopedics.
- Ability to work a 4 x 10-hour outpatient schedule with shifts starting between 08:00 and 08:30 AM.
- Ability to work on an island-based hospital campus and adapt to seasonal patient volume fluctuations.
- Mass General Brigham network credentialing or facility-specific onboarding may be required; candidate must complete required credentialing prior to start.
- Preferred: experience with outpatient sports medicine protocols, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise progression.

- Facility Type: Hospital (Outpatient Sports Medicine department).
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week (outpatient only).
- License Requirements: Massachusetts PT license required.
- Certifications Required: BLS from AHA or ARC.
- Floating: Candidate should be prepared to assist across outpatient clinic areas on the hospital campus as needed.
