Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from AHA or ARC prior to start.
- Experience working in Home Health settings preferred.
- Documentation of ability to evaluate adult and pediatric patients, develop measurable treatment goals, and provide objective documentation of patient progress.
- Ability to perform diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability tests and implement appropriate treatment modalities.
- Comfort providing patient and family education, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in discharge planning.
- Ability to provide supervision and guidance to Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and students as required by the facility.
- Current, verifiable clinical experience delivering patient-centered care in community or home settings is preferred.

The clinician will participate in quality initiatives, maintain daily activity records, and may assist in training new staff.
