Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Client requires 5x8 clinical experience consistent with facility workflow; familiarity with common SNF documentation systems preferred.
- Ability to provide care to geriatric patients and manage caseload in a long-term care environment preferred.
