Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
- Experience using Prognosis EMR preferred.
- Ability to manage a patient load of approximately 12–14 patients per day.
- Experience collaborating with PTAs, PT technicians, and other multidisciplinary clinicians preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Start Date: Late April.
- Length: 13 week assignment with option to extend.
- Typical patient volume: 12–14 patients per day.
- On-site team includes 1 PTA, 1 PT Technician, and 1 Chiropractor.
- EMR: Prognosis.
