Location: Camarillo, California
Pay Range:$85,000 - $120,000
What's the Job?
- Develop, design, document, and validate manufacturing equipment and processes, both existing and new, to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Analyze product and equipment specifications to determine feasible designs that align with manufacturing capabilities and project goals.
- Collaborate with research and production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement modifications for improved reliability and efficiency.
- Create detailed project plans, including schedules, testing protocols, and documentation to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance on manufacturing techniques, materials, and process advantages to support long-term plant and product engineering strategies.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar engineering role, with a proven track record of process development and equipment design.
- Strong proficiency in 2-D and 3-D CAD software for designing and documenting systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
