The Applications Engineering group is strong technically, but at capacity. This role was created to bring structure, improve execution, and help the team scale without breaking. You’ll lead a group working on real, customer-driven bioprocessing projects where timelines are tight, expectations are high, and your leadership directly impacts delivery.

What you’ll actually be doing:
- Lead and develop a team of 6 Applications Engineers across varying experience levels
- Own project flow, priorities, and execution across fast-paced, ~30-day timelines
- Act as a technical sounding board during customer conversations and solution development
- Partner closely with sales, manufacturing, and supply chain to keep projects moving
- Bring structure to a team that’s ready for its next level of performance
