We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements:
- Must have State License to Apply
- ACLS & BLS certifications required
- AZ Pharmacist License required
- Inpatient acute hospital experience required
- 2 years of experience preferred, board certified and/or accredited pharmacy residency
- 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
Assignment Details:
- Facility Type: Hospital
- Shift: Nights
- Working Hours: 2000-0700
- Days of the Week: Wednesday to Tuesday
- No On Call
- No Option for Blocked Scheduling
- Candidate may be required to float to other facilities
