Minimum Requirements:
- Must have State License to Apply
- 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
- ACLS & BLS certifications required
- AZ Pharmacist License required
- Inpatient acute hospital experience required
- 2 years of experience preferred, Board Certified and/or accredited pharmacy residency

- Days of the Week: Wednesday to Tuesday
- No On Call
- No Option for Blocked Scheduling
