What We Need:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team. As a Project Coordinator, you will manage assigned project orders from opportunity win through project completion, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and an intense focus on both internal and external stakeholders. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for dealers and internal partners, communicating proactively throughout the project lifecycle to keep work moving forward and expectations aligned.
What You Will Do:
Manage assigned customer projects from order receipt through delivery, closeout, and follow-up.
Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, securing ship dates and delivery schedules while responding to questions and concerns.
Track project timelines, shipping milestones, and commitments to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Coordinate resources and partner closely with Customer Support, Sales, Supply Chain, and Transportation teams.
Proactively communicate project updates and drive rapid resolution of issues that may impact project success.
Balance internal priorities with customer needs to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain accurate project and order data in Salesforce and Oracle.
Support team coverage needs, including shared workload responsibilities and queue support.
What You Have:
Associate’s Degree preferred.
At least 1 year of customer-facing experience with demonstrated success supporting customers.
Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or order management environment is a plus.
Prior experience with Oracle and Salesforce is strongly preferred.
