As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Your ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced setting will be key to your success. You will be part of a team that supports each other and works collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a 20 to 34-bed unit
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:6, ensuring personalized attention
- Float to any Med Surg unit as needed
- Complete a Basic Dysrhythmia course (strongly required)
- Utilize Meditech Expanse (preferred experience)
- Hold current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Possess a Massachusetts RN license
- Have at least 2 years of current Med Surg experience and tele experience
- Be willing to work every other weekend and holidays if needed
- Own a vehicle for this assignment
