Service Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical skills in SQL C#.Net .Net Programming and domain expertise in Asset and Wealth Management. This role involves managing service delivery ensuring client satisfaction and driving continuous improvement.
Location : Tampa, Florida

Responsibilities:
Lead the service delivery team to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SQL databases to support business operations.
Provide technical guidance and support for C#.Net and .Net programming projects.
Manage the development and deployment of .Net applications to meet business requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Asset and Wealth Management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Monitor and report on service performance metrics to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain documentation for service processes and procedures.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure service quality and compliance.
Provide training and support to team members on technical and domain-specific topics.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the service delivery team.
Qualifications:
Possess strong technical skills in SQL C#.Net and .Net programming.
Have extensive experience in Asset and Wealth Management.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
