Minimum Requirements:

Active Arizona Pharmacist License required.
Minimum 2 years inpatient acute hospital pharmacy experience required.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Experience with IV admixture preparation, narcotic accountability, and medication safety processes required.
Experience with Cerner electronic medical record preferred.
Board certification or completion of an accredited pharmacy residency preferred, but not required.
Prior experience processing NICU orders preferred.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Hospital.
Shift Name: Nights.
Shift Hours: 2000-0700.
Typical rotation: 7 nights on / 7 nights off schedule.
Workdays: Wednesday through Tuesday during assigned rotation.
Unit Size: 44 inpatient beds.
