CDL A Driver | $28 Per Hour | York, PA

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in York, PA. This is a temp to hire position.

CDL A Driver Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 200 AM - 400 AM start time.

Pay: $28.00 Per Hour

Route Type: Local

Freight / Load Type: Retail Freight

Equipment: Automatic trucks
Handling: Touch Freight - unload with pallet jack

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:

License: CDL A

Experience: 1 year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operate class A vehicles on local routes

Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

Perform required handling tasks including unloading with palletjack.

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
