Aramark Nexus is hiring a Chef de Cuisine for Caprock, a new hospitality and residential workforce community located outside Pampa, Texas. The Chef de Cuisine will oversee daily culinary operations, food production, menu execution, recipe standards, kitchen team leadership, food safety, sanitation, and overall food quality. This position is a strong fit for candidates with experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Culinary Manager, Lead Chef, or Food Production Manager.
In this role, you will train and manage kitchen personnel, supervise culinary activities, support menu planning, maintain production standards, and ensure meals are prepared and presented with consistency, quality, and care. You will also help manage food purchasing, food cost, equipment use, safety standards, and sanitation practices across the kitchen operation.
This is a hands-on chef leadership position in a unique workforce housing and hospitality setting. The right candidate will be comfortable leading culinary teams, managing high-volume food production, solving operational challenges, and maintaining a strong standard of food quality and service. Experience in hotels, restaurants, campus dining, senior living dining, healthcare food service, corporate dining, catering, or high-volume hospitality operations can translate well to this role.
Caprock is located outside Pampa, Texas, and room and board are included with this position. Candidates should be comfortable working in an on-site residential community environment where culinary execution, hospitality, teamwork, safety, and resident experience are central to daily operations.
