The Associate Brand Manager forEnsure®Delivery plays a critical role in driving business performance through ownership of national promotion strategy and the weekly consumption process.
This roleleadsthe development and execution of national promotional programs, ensuring alignment with brandobjectivesand continuous optimization of performance.In addition, the Associate Brand Manager leads the weekly consumption process and reporting, synthesizing data into actionable insights,identifyinggrowth opportunities, and informing strategic decision-making to enhance overall business performance.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to effectively execute brand strategies and deliver sustained business growth.
Lead the strategy, development, and execution of national promotional programs (e.g., FSIs, digital coupons), ensuring alignment to businessobjectives. Own performance againstspendcommitments andoptimizeplans through ongoing in-market evaluation to maximize ROI and brand impact.
Own and lead the weeklyEnsure®consumptionand forecastingprocess, delivering comprehensive reporting on performance vs. goals. Analyze key business drivers, competitive dynamics, and market trends; synthesize data (e.g., Nielsen retail data) into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, finance, insights) tomonitorconsumption, track promotional effectiveness, and assess market indicators. Leverage insights to inform brand strategy and drive data-driven decision-making.
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Analytics, and/or related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience inconsumer packagedgoods and/or healthcare/OTC products industry.
- Strong analytical skills, including business, budget, and financial analysis, with the skills to develop recommendations and to tell a story using data.
- Demonstrated leadershipabilityincluding proven success in managing multiple projects and prioritiessimultaneouslyincluding new product launches.
- Strong communicationand presentation capabilities with the ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently articulate strategies to a diverse audience of peers, senior leadership, and external partners.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams toattainbusinessobjectives.
- Advanced level PC skillsto includeWord, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
