Systems Support Technician
This position requires a Public Trust clearance.
As a Client Support Technician (CST) responsible for sustaining, troubleshooting, and repairing unclassified technical training IT network information systems. This role requires advanced proficiency in tier 2 software support, backend infrastructure diagnostics, and enterprise directory management.

Responsibilities Include:
Configure, install, and troubleshoot approved laptops, desktops, printers, network-connected copiers, scanners, immersive training devices, and other office IT equipment.
Manage OS imaging, software packaging, and system deployment for new and existing devices. Execute Department of the Air Force Standard Desktop Configuration (DAF SDC) and commercial non-SDC updates and patching.
Provide software support, specializing in software associated with the SDC (e.g., MS Office, Adobe, authorized Web Browsers).
